Fifie and Norlin founded Alcove Works from a shared belief that stories matter. With a deep love for children's literature and decades of experience in education, they set out to create books that evoke wonder, joy, and the familiar request for "just one more page."

Fifie, Chief Book Person

With over 20 years as an Early Years practitioner and an MEd, Fifie has dedicated her life to nurturing young minds through stories. She has built learning communities from the ground up and witnessed firsthand the magic a well loved book can spark.

Norlin, Co-Chief Book Person

Author, educator and bilingual literacy advocate.

With nearly two decades in the classroom and an MA in Language Studies, Norlin writes stories that children return to again and again. Her work has been recognised by the Lee Kuan Yew Fund for Bilingualism and featured on bestseller lists.
